Returns and Refunds
We are happy to return or exchange goods purchased at full price. To return an item that was purchased online you can either visit us in-store or it can be sent back at the buyers expense.
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number to be approved. Once approved, complete the return form provided and return to the specified address.
You may return full priced items for change of mind reasons within 14 days of purchase.
Please keep in mind that our store cannot accept the returned item(s) or give a refund if:
(a) The return falls outside of he 14 day period.
(b) The product is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging.
(c) We do not refund or exchange on sale item(s).
For damaged and/or defected products
Please note that associated shipping and handling charges at standard rates will be refunded if the damage is a result of a manufacturing defect and the result of normal wear and tear. In such cases please allow 14 days from the date you returned your package for your account to be credited. If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you.
To return a product, please follow the instructions below:

Reason for why you are returning the product(s) and attach a copy of the payment confirmation that you received when placing he order.
2. Pack the product(s) in their original packaging and address the package to:

As Shoo Zone is not liable for the loss of any product being returned we highly recommend that you return using registered mail.
Please ensure that your full name and original order number is included in the return parcel. Once your return is received by us the item(s) will be checked to ensure it complied with our Returns Policy and the return outcome will be determined
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined above for faulty products.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We endeavour to pack and ship your order within 2 working of days. We ship our orders using Australia Post.
Your location determines the time it will take to receive your order. All orders shipped from Warragul, Victoria.
